UK searches for this question are frequent, so the Big CBD Product team has opened this topic for the community. It concerns the UK specifically; rules differ by country.
The answer in the UK is no. The flowers and leaves of the cannabis plant, hemp included, are controlled under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971, whatever their THC content. A low THC level does not change that.
The situation is different elsewhere in Europe. France, for example, allows the sale of hemp flowers containing no more than 0.3% THC. You can see how CBD flowers are compared on our site here: https://bigcbdproduct.com/en/cbd-flowers/
This is not legal advice. Please check official UK government sources before buying or travelling with any hemp product.
